1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting, configuring, or using ENC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must remove the bot from your server and discontinue using its services.

2. Usage Requirements

You agree to:

  • Follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
  • Not misuse the bot for illegal, harmful, harassing, or abusive activities
  • Not attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, spam, or disrupt ENC

3. Bot Functionality & Verification

ENC provides features including web portal verification, anti-alt detection, anti-raid, anti-nuke protection, automoderation filters, logging systems, entertainment utilities, and server customization. By completing web verification in protected servers, you consent to device telemetry verification used solely for server security.

4. Age-Restricted & Adult (NSFW) Content

ENC provides optional adult (18+) action and entertainment features. By accessing or enabling these features, you agree to the following conditions:

  • Age Requirement (18+): You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access, view, or request NSFW commands and material.
  • Server Channels: In Discord servers (guilds), NSFW commands may strictly only be executed in channels explicitly marked with Discord's Age-Restricted (NSFW) channel setting. ENC will reject execution in standard channels.
  • Direct Messages (DMs) & Explicit Consent: To access NSFW commands in Direct Messages, users are required to undergo an interactive 18+ age verification gate and provide explicit consent before any content is served. This consent status is recorded in the database and can be revoked at any time by running ,nsfw revoke or /nsfw optout.
  • Strict Content Prohibition: Real-person illicit imagery, non-consensual sexual content, and any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) are strictly forbidden. Any attempt to abuse the bot for illegal content will result in immediate blacklisting and reporting to Discord Trust & Safety.

5. Availability

ENC may go offline for maintenance, updates, or unexpected infrastructure issues. Maintenance notices will be provided through the official ENC support server.

6. Responsibility

Server administrators are responsible for how they configure and use the bot. We are not responsible for damages or penalties caused by misuse, misconfiguration, or Discord-related actions.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict, block, or blacklist access to ENC at any time for users or servers violating these terms or Discord's policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

ENC is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, server damage, misuse of moderation tools, or any indirect damages.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of ENC after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
